What We Collect

• Audit data: the website URL you submit and the audit results our engine generates for it.
• Contact data: your email address when you request a report, and any details you send through our contact form.
• Purchase data: name, email, and order details for paid packages. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Technical data: standard server logs and error diagnostics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How We Use It

To run your audit and deliver your report, to provide purchased services, to send service emails about your audit and account (you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time), to respond to inquiries, and to keep the Services secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who Processes It

We use a small set of service providers to operate: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (report and service emails), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and Your Rights

We keep audit records and account data while they are useful for providing the Services and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete it by emailing support@citedaisearch.com from the address in question; we honor deletion requests except where retention is legally required (for example, payment records).

Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA) may exercise those rights through the same email address.
