Refund Policy

The Short Version

The audit and full report are free, so there is nothing to refund. Paid packages carry a written, numeric score guarantee: if we complete the work and your score misses the guaranteed target, you get a full refund. Cancel before work begins and your deposit comes back in full.

The Hit-the-Number Guarantee

Each package has a concrete target:

• Essential: your visibility score improves by 20+ points
• Professional: your visibility score reaches 75 or higher
• Enterprise: your visibility score reaches 85 or higher

The score is measured by the same 120+ factor audit engine that produced your free audit, run against your site when we deliver the completed work. You can run the same audit yourself, free, at any time to check the measurement.

If we complete the package scope and the target is not met, you receive a full refund of everything you paid for that package. Not a credit, not a discount: a refund to your original payment method.

Guarantee Conditions

The guarantee applies when we are able to do the work. It requires that you provide the site access needed for implementation within a reasonable time of purchase, and that the implemented changes remain in place through the measurement at delivery. If access is never provided, the cancellation terms below apply instead.

The guarantee covers the score target. It does not extend to specific rankings, traffic, AI citations, or revenue outcomes, which depend on third-party platforms we do not control.

Cancellations

• Before work begins: cancel any time before we start implementation and your deposit (or full payment) is refunded in full.
• After work has begun: your deposit covers the work performed and is not refunded, and no remaining balance is charged. If you paid in full, we refund the portion attributable to work not yet performed.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@citedaisearch.com from the address used at purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days of approval. Questions about the guarantee or scope are covered in our Terms of Service and pricing page.
